How we respond to sin reveals what we really believe about grace, holiness, and God’s authority. In 1 Corinthians 4–6, Paul challenges our tendency to judge, minimize, excuse, or redefine sin instead of allowing God’s truth to confront us. Sin can make us think we’re the judge, while grace reminds us we are people being transformed. We don’t get to let culture or conscience redefine what God has already revealed—but truth never comes without grace, mercy, and hope. The goal isn’t condemnation; it’s transformation.
