Baptism Sunday - North

Baptism doesn’t create our faith—it expresses it. Throughout the New Testament, baptism is a public declaration of our faith in Jesus, symbolizing His death, burial, and resurrection and declaring, “I belong to Jesus. His story is now my story.” Baptism is an act of obedience, not a graduation or something we earn. It’s about identity, acceptance, obedience, and unity—and ultimately, it’s not the water we celebrate, but the resurrection that makes new life possible.
